OUR METHOD

Beginning with the heart’s genuine intent to grow, the Lion’s Heart methodology leads an honest and thorough look within. Here, we can Assess and Address ourselves within each major dimension of health.

ASSESS

We lead this self confrontation by outlaying a clear path of assessment in each of the major dimensions of health. This path is meant to serve as a guide, found both in our book and our other media, and promotes collaboration with specialized health providers within our own health network or in your local area.

ADDRESS

We will walk this path alongside you—our platform offers tools to track progress, and our Health Network can provide personalized programs targeted for your health promotion—but it is your own willpower that must lead you to address each area. This is why our path begins at the heart.

My belief is that healthy individuals make up a healthy world—therefore, to make this world its best, we must make the decision at an individual level to ensure we are living our best. This is the motive that leads my heart’s journey. I hope you choose to join me on this path of self-evaluation and improvement.
